* Please note that we do not include activities at Rebalis Riads although there is an extensive range of options that can be booked locally. You can go through these after checking in at this wonderfully relaxing resort. That way, you can decide exactly how busy or how laid-back your time there will be. If you would like to indulge your sense of adventure you can try camel trekking, horse riding, surfing, quad biking, an Essaouira souk visit and cookery lessons.
Starting in Marrakech, you will spend your three nights at Oasis Lodges, where you can dwell in the tranquility and stroll through the beautiful gardens.
On a tour of the fascinating souks, you will discover a variety of sights, sounds, and smells as well as learn about the locals way of life. You will also travel to Morocco's breath-taking Atlas Mountains, which are a must see on any visit to this country.
Next up is a night under the stars. Spend a night in a luxury bivouac in the Agafay Desert and tick off another bucket list activity.
The second part of your trip takes you to the area of the historic harbour city of Essaouira. At the magnificent Rebali Riads hotel, a stunning location with a typical Moroccan design, you will stay in an opulent villa.
The attentive and accommodating staff will give you the chance to sit down, talk, and plan your own schedule here. You can choose your own activities (payable locally) and set your own pace. A variety of cultural, culinary, and adventurous options are available.
You should absolutely take advantage of the hotel's amenities when you have free time. Relax in a classic hammam steam room, splash around in the pool, or enjoy a game of tennis.

Group Size
We always try to provide an approximation of the group size you can expect to be with for the duration of each of our holidays. It may be that you are joined by others for parts of your holiday (such as transfers and particular activities) but the above number reflects those you can normally expect to be with from beginning to end. If group size is something which is particularly important to you, please speak to our Travel Experts and they can suggest the best holidays for you.
Tailor-made holiday group sizes will vary for all activities as will the group size for any additional activities you book.
Minimum and maximum age

The order of activities listed in this agenda is provided for guidance only, your final and detailed itinerary will be provided either with your final travel documents (which are uploaded into your online account around a week prior to departure) or upon arrival.
Medical History and Advice
We want our holidays to be accessible as they can be and will do our best to accommodate any special requests and requirements where possible. We have a wide range of holidays and destinations and so our travel experts will help find the best holiday for you.
In order to give us the best possible chance to do this we ask that if you or any member of your party has any medical condition or disability which may affect your holiday or has any special requirements, that you tell us at the time of enquiry or booking. You must also promptly advise us if any medical condition or disability which may affect your holiday develops after your booking has been confirmed. You may need to provide a doctor’s note and proof of insurance in some cases as the health and safety of our clients is absolutely paramount.
In providing this information you are allowing us to work with our expert local partners to ensure that your whole party can enjoy the holiday. By letting us know in advance we can discreetly work with you to adapt any part of the holiday which may potentially be challenging. Being able to prepare for this in advance makes an incredible difference to what we can offer and minimises any impact on your party and the rest of the group.
Unfortunately, if you choose not to share this information with us in advance then it may limit some or all of the itinerary you have booked, and we cannot be held accountable for any additional costs or missed activities resulting from this.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in your holiday, but it is a pre-requisite to travelling with us. You will need to ensure that you have cover for all the activities that you will be participating in during your holiday.
It is extremely important that you take out a suitable travel insurance policy at the time of booking. Plans do sometimes change, and you will need this policy should you need to cancel your holiday.

The UK Foreign Office Advice
Our clients’ safety is at the centre of everything we do, and our operations team continually assesses and monitors the destinations we feature. We carry out thorough risk assessments and work closely with all of our suppliers to continually follow best practice. For up to date travel advice the UK government offers its Travel Aware website as well as the advice detailed below.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office Advice
We receive all updates from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) with regards to travel advice and we always ensure that we follow this advice in our operations. The FCO issues travel advisories for countries based on a very wide range of factors. They may provide notification about things as simple as a football match and crowds, or they may go so far as to advise against all travel to a region. We ask all our clients to refer to the relevant Travel Advice by Country for the destinations they are visiting in order to make an informed decision on the safety of the destination based on the details provided. It also provides vital information regarding entry requirements, embassy information, local laws and customs as well as specific safety and health. Guests should take responsibility for keeping themselves up to date with this advice. Please also ensure that, if you are transiting through another country, you have read the advice and meet the entry requirements for that destination too.
The FCO travel advice is applicable to British Passport Holders. Most governments will issue their own travel advice for a region and, if you are not a UK resident then you can find some helpful links below:

If the FCO deems that there is an unacceptable level of risk for UK citizens then, together with the government, they may issue an advisory against all travel to a region or country. If such an advisory is published, then we will act accordingly, and this may require the cancellation, curtailment or amendment of a holiday itinerary. These decisions are made on the basis of ensuring our clients’ safety and will affect all clients on the holiday, regardless of their nationality.
If one of our local experts suggests an amendment due to a situation which develops locally then we may also take the decision to amend an itinerary appropriately.
If we have to cancel your holiday prior to departure you will be offered the option of an alternative trip (where any price difference will either be refunded to or covered by you) or a full refund of the monies paid.
If we have to curtail a holiday, then you will be refunded for any costs for the elements we have been unable to deliver, where we have been able to secure a refund from our suppliers. If we must reroute a holiday, then any basis for refund is determined on a case by case basis and dependent on whether the central holiday experience was provided or not.
Booking activities locally
Additional activities can be booked locally in almost all our destinations. However, as per our booking conditions, we cannot be held responsible for any injury or loss incurred through participation in activities which are booked at your destination outside of our holiday itinerary (see our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for further details).
When arranging any such activity please always ensure that safety is your primary concern.
In some of our destinations, you can borrow or hire equipment for use in your free time. You do so entirely at your own risk. You must ensure that you are properly prepared, have the necessary equipment and knowledge (maps, etc) and ensure that where applicable, you follow marked routes. We recommend discussing your plans with the local teams who will be able to advise on the most suitable options for you.
Always let the reception/guide know where you are planning to go and take a torch and mobile phone (with the hotel/guide’s phone number stored). It is also a good idea to leave your contact number and the time you expect to return to the hotel should the hotel need to contact you.

Flight schedule changes and connecting transportation
On your documentation, we will confirm your flight schedule. Sometimes the flight number, routing and timings might change prior to your departure. If the change is classed as a significant change then we will contact you to discuss this. Please see our booking conditions for details.
Flight schedule changes can impact on your pre and post-holiday travel arrangements if these have been booked separately to your holiday. We strongly recommend that you do not book transport (such as trains or transfers), car parking or non-connecting flights to the departure point for your holiday until you have received your final confirmed travel times when your final travel documents are issued. We are not responsible for the effect of any schedule change on your pre or post travel arrangements. We strongly recommend that you do not purchase non-flexible or non-refundable tickets to avoid cancellation and penalty charges.
Booking your own flights - cancellation disclaimer
If you have chosen to book your own flights, then you will need to wait until we confirm to you that the holiday departure has met the minimum numbers required to run (if applicable to your chosen holiday). Once the holiday is guaranteed to run, you will be informed and you can then make your arrangements.
If transfers are included in your holiday, please ensure that any potential flights will be met by our standard transfers (speak to one of our Travel Experts for advice) otherwise private transfer supplements may be applicable. Once your flights are booked, please send us a copy of your detailed flight itinerary.
Please be aware that most tickets are non-refundable in the case of cancellation. For this reason, we strongly advise you check the rules of the ticket and check the limitations of your cancellation insurance before booking. We cannot be held liable, in the unlikely eventuality that we should be forced to cancel or amend your trip, for losses incurred relating to any flight booking you have made.

DAY 1
Arrival and Welcome
Upon arrival in Marrakech, your transfer vehicle will take you to your accommodation at Oasis Lodges, approximately 10 minutes away.
Once you have checked in, you can make yourselves at home in your accommodation for the night. Why not try the hotel restaurant for dinner or you can ask them for a recommendation in the local area.

DAY 2
Day in the Atlas Mountains
Fill up at breakfast in preparation for a lovely excursion exploring the Atlas Mountains.
A two-hour transfer will take you to your starting point, the village of Imlil, from where you will spend the day trekking in this scenic region with a mountain guide.
Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in the Atlas Mountains, looms in the background as you take to the trail. You will walk through small hamlets and woods filled with walnut trees, weaving up to higher ground along the mountain track.
The views are incredible and this is a marvellous way to show off the natural side of Morocco, which is easily missed when just sticking to popular urban attractions.
There will be the chance to visit at least one village in the area for a sense of life in these rural parts of the country, and lunch will be provided. The trip can be tailored to the needs and abilities of the group also.
You will return to Oasis Lodges in the late afternoon.

DAY 3
Three Hour Souk Tour
You will all be whisked away for a fabulous tour of Marrakech’s impressive souks. Potters, olive-sellers, tanners, dancers, magicians...the list of people and stalls you will encounter here is endless.
Cameras should always be at the ready, and given the wild mix of life, every photo opportunity is likely to be as remarkable as the next.
After this bustling day, you can sit back and relax during your last evening at Oasis Lodges.

DAY 4
Sleep Under the Stars
Experience the magic of the Agafay desert with a unique stay at either Inara or Scarabeo Camp. You'll stay in a luxury glamping suite with panormic views of the stunning Atlas Mountains and sleep under the star-studded sky.

DAY 5 - 7
Set your own itinerary
At Rebali Riads, you can sit down with your hosts and discuss the activities you would like to schedule during your stay. We do not include these so you have complete control over what you would like to do and how active you would like to be.
The Activities available are: Camel trekking, Quad biking, Berber lunch, Farm tour and argan oil, Surfing (also wind-surfing and kite-surfing), horse riding and cookery lessons. For more details on these and an indication of local prices, please speak to one of our travel experts.

Departure
Tuck into your last Moroccan breakfast before being transferred to Marrakech Airport for your journey home. Please note that the transfer time is around 3 hours.

Rebali Riads
Nights: 5-7
White walls and bright interiors meet gleaming swimming pools and scattered greenery in this hotel, which takes after a ‘riad’, or traditional Moroccan house. ‘Paradise’ might be a better word, because it’s a place of sun-soaked luxury. There are seven private villas, each with fully-furnished kitchens, dining courtyards, and personal gardens. Four of these are larger and come with their own pool, while the three smaller buildings share two inter-connected pools between them. All have inviting roof terraces with all-round views of sand, sea and countryside. The main hotel has hammam and spa facilities, a tennis court, and a service kitchen with a full-time chef.

Room type
Each of the seven riads is uniquely designed, based around a dining courtyard area which is covered with a remote-controlled sliding glass roof. Each also has a fully decked-out kitchen and a roof terrace with 360° views of the surroundings.
Dar Azreq: This riad has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each containing two basins. The bathroom attached to the main bedroom has a marble-lined bath and twin showers. As well as a personal roof terrace, Dar Azreq has a garden with a gated entrance to the shared pool area.
Dar Etoile: This has one master bedroom and a snug room which can be converted into a bedroom. The bathroom comes with twin showers and basins and a bath topped with marble. There is also a downstairs toilet. It also has a kitchen, dining courtyard, and sitting room with a fireplace. In addition, Dar Etoile has a private roof terrace and garden with a gated entrance to the shared pool area.
Dar Jeseli: This two bedroom riad has two ensuite bathrooms with twin basins; the main bedroom bathroom has double showers and a marble-lined bath. There is a private roof terrace and a garden with a gated entrance to the shared pool area.
Dar Mevada: This riad has three bedrooms – one is a master suite with a four-poster bed and ensuite bathroom; the other two share one bathroom which contains a marble-lined bath and a shower. There is a kitchen and dining courtyard, bar area, and sitting room. Outside there is a private pool, as well as a private roof terrace.
Riad Sila: This riad has three suites, each having its own balcony and bathroom with a shower, marble-topped bath, and twin basins. In the master suite, there is a four-poster bed and open-plan bathroom. Downstairs is a grand, high-ceilinged sitting room; this sits next to a snug room which can be converted into a fourth bedroom. The snug room has an open fire and access to the downstairs shower room. Riad Sila has its own pool and a private roof terrace.
Riad Valmar: The largest of the riads, this is based around three courtyards: one with a sliding glass roof and dining area; another with orange trees, a water fountain, and open space; and the last meeting the three sides of the swimming pool. The courtyards link up with the sitting room and cinema room. Upstairs are four suites, each with private terraces and ensuite bathrooms – containing twin basins and walk-in showers. Two are master suites containing four-poster beds, marble-topped baths, and twin showers. The cinema room can be converted into a fifth bedroom and has access to the downstairs shower room.
Dar Jamila: This three-bedroom riad is a few steps away from the main hotel building, slightly closer to the sea. The riad has an open plan living room with kitchen, breakfast bar, fireplace, TV and dining table. Outside there is a large terrace and private pool, as well as a private roof terrace with views of the sea. The master bedroom has a four-poster bed with en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower and twin basins. The second bedroom has a king size bed and the third has two twin beds. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and twin basins.

Spend a night in The Enchanting Marrakech Medina
If you would like to extend your trip and spend a night or two in the ancient heart of this vibrant city, please speak to one of our Travel Experts about your requirements and we will come back with the perfect riad for you! Many riads also have rooftop terraces with stunning views of the city. These are great places to relax and enjoy the sunset or people-watch.
The medina itself is a maze of narrow streets and alleyways, and it is easy to get lost. However, this is part of the charm of the medina and that extends to your arrival. Your transfer will drop you and your luggage off at the gates of the medina. One of the knowledgeable porters will put your luggage on their trolley and will take you straight to your riad. It is useful to pay attention to the route as it will help you get your bearings but your hosts will also be able to provide you with maps and directions once you are checked in.
