Our photography holidays visit some spectacular destinations and we know that for most of our guests, capturing their experiences on camera provides a fabulous reminder of their holiday.
Our handpicked destinations are all rather photogenic and whether you are exploring the Arctic wilderness or the ancient streets of a Maltese city there is always a scene worthy of a photo stop.
We know that for many people photography is a real passion and therefore we have created a diverse range of holidays which place photography at their heart.
Utilising our local expert photographers we have crafted tours that will enable you to enjoy exceptional experiences whilst being tutored in some specialist photographic techniques. Each destination poses its own challenges and offers its own rewards and our photography guides know all the tricks required for the conditions in their regions.
The focus on photography does not, however, mean that you need to miss out on any of the highlights of your chosen destination. For example during our winter holiday in Sweden with renowned photographer Fredrik Broman, half of the group will enjoy a dog sled safari in the wilderness, whilst the other half learn about capturing the action of the dogs and the sled in the winter light, the group then rotate.Read more
As well as our winter holiday with Fredrik we also offer a selection of holidays in warmer climes.
For example, you can choose to join Fredrik to enjoy an epic journey across Scandinavia in search of the Midnight Sun. Experiencing some wonderful activities and stunning landscapes along the way, with his expert photographic tuition throughout.
We offer two fabulous holidays on the Maltese Island of Gozo which allows you to capture the wonders of this lesser known Island on camera. We have a weekend and a week option available and all are led by expert guide and professional photographer, Pete Bullen. The holidays will take in the varied landscapes, seascapes, wildlife, birdlife and spectacular architecture of the island. Pete will get guests away from the Auto and Programme modes on their cameras and show them how to use them to their full potential.
The beauty of working with local guides and experts is that their knowledge allows you to capture scenes that elude the majority of photographers. Our guides know the most scenic spots, the best places from which to view the sunset and the hidden wildlife hotspots.
No matter which of our photography holidays you choose, you are sure to enjoy some exceptional photographic opportunities and some once in a lifetime experiences.
