  • Overall a brilliant holiday

A review of Jeris and Harriniva - Winter Adventure by John Vickers Melt De Wit

Overall a brilliant holiday and a perfect way to see in the new year. The hotel and its staff were excellent and the cabin was really cosy (the personal sauna was much appreciated!). Evening food and food during the activities was great. All activities were fantastic: snowmobiling, the reindeer farm, but in particular the two-day husky safari. Great, efficient support from Graham in the UK in

Superb all round .... from initial enquiry to holiday end. Great, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff....... excellent proactive info (re Gatwick drone probs). Special mention to Andy Marshall (UK) and Katrina (on site in Finland) for their excellent friendly service and support - superb!

  • It was a dream come true

It was a dream come true. The 2 days Husky Safari and Snowmobiling were my favourite but probably only because the Reindeer trip was too short and did not have time to really appreciate it. I will go back for sure. I took this trip with a friend but I think it is a trip that Solo travellers would enjoy very much as well.

  • We loved the fact that the groups were only small numbers

The snowmobiling day, most of us booked another, even longer snowmobiling day which was just as fun, if not better.. Marcus was our guide, and he was great! We loved the fact that the groups were only small numbers and there was a minimum age limit so we didn't have children running around, there were only 7 in our group. Please don't lose this element as this made our holiday more special! We

felt like we were really out in the forests and lakes on our own, there weren't lots of other groups that we bumped into and it gave a really authentic feel to the holiday, which I know is important to Artisan!

  • We had a wonderful time in Finland

A review of Harriniva - Five-Day Husky Safari by Katherine Lee
    16 December 2018

It was beautiful and the dogs were fantastic, enjoying every minute of it. The accommodation was basic as promised but atmospheric with the candles. We got into a routine quickly of getting water from the lakes, hauling wood, feeding, then clearing up after the dogs then going sledding. The food was marvellous in the circumstances and there was plenty of it. We all loved it, the only

disappointment being the absence of the Aurora, still, its an excuse to go back.

  • We enjoyed all the activities

A review of Dubrovnik and the Elaphiti Islands Highlights by Colin and Pauline Simpson
    29 September 2018

Our 2 activity guides Luka and Aleks were very enthusiastic and coped well with our large group, taking us out in smaller groups for the activities. They were very informative, friendly and hospitable. They listened to us as a group and took on board any comments. We enjoyed all the activities but perhaps the sunset catamaran sail at the end was a very appropriate end to a lovely island based

  • We had an amazing holiday!

A review of A Volcanic Wonderland by Jade West & Edward Evans

We had an amazing holiday! We enjoyed all the activities and seeing the landscape. We particularly liked the tour guide Dina as she had so much knowledge, and would give us little bits of interesting information even during the bus/jeep journeys. We liked how the dolphin and whale tour guides were respectful of the animals by approaching slowly and leaving when there were too many boats. We also

  • The Azores is a marvellous holiday destination and feels very special.

A review of A Three Island Tour by The Godwin-Brown Family
    17 August 2018

The guided tours of the islands were all brilliant because the guides were so good and really made it come to life but for sheer grandeur and emotion, the whale watching was supreme. We really appreciated that the tours were hosted by small specialists and marine biologists - it felt respectful of the islands. Kayaking with Dina was good too as was a very wet hike with her. • We enjoyed our Azores Experience very much

A review of A Volcanic Wonderland by Stephen and Carol Wray
    21 July 2018

We enjoyed our Azores Experience very much. A week was long enough to do everything we wanted to. Our accommodation at Casa Hintze Ribeiro was very spacious and comfortable if a little noisy at night as it was situated in the heart of the town but this was great for eating out in the evening. We loved exploring the stunning scenery of the interior of Sao Miguel island. Our guides were very
