Read more were varied, interesting and most of all - great fun. Kimmo's patience invariably made even the least able feel that he/she was contributing to the experience of the whole group. The food was plentiful, varied and very much appreciated at the end of busy days.We were particularly pleased at the way in which you responded to a complaint (from one of our group) regarding a single activity that didn't come up to standard. The compensation offered was extremely quick and very generous - a model in good customer relations.

Never been on a trip like this before...

Everything was so well organised
